Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, in new condition, and have all original tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at proleaguesports@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note that returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at proleaguesports@hotmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Any item that has been worn, used, washed, or damaged after delivery

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting proleaguesports@hotmail.com or by using our online withdrawal request form where available.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that certain products may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including personalized or custom-made items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing typically takes 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
