We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unused, and with original tags attached.
  • Sale/clearance items are final sale — no refunds or exchanges.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the returned item(s).
  • Returns/exchanges take 7–10 business days to process after we receive and inspect the item.

📦 Special Purchase & Event Merchandise Policy

  • Bulk or production purchases are final sale.
  • Items purchased by or on behalf of production companies, media productions, photo shoots, commercials, film, television, styling projects, or similar commercial uses are non-refundable.
  • Size exchanges may be permitted within 30 days, subject to product availability and standard return conditions.
  • Event-specific or limited-time merchandise is final sale.
  • Size exchanges may be permitted within 30 days, subject to availability and item condition requirements.

🚚 Shipping Responsibility for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for shipping their item back to us.
  • We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
  • We do not refund original shipping costs unless the conditions below are met.
  • Returns must be mailed back with a tracking number, or returned in-store.

💰 Will you receive a refund for shipping charges?

Shipping charges will be refunded only if:

  • We shipped an incorrect item, or
  • The item was flawed or defective, or
  • The item was damaged during transit.

If the return does not meet these criteria, only the product price (excluding shipping) will be refunded.

🌍 International Shipping – Refund Limitations

For all international orders, any costs incurred due to returned, refused, or undeliverable shipments (including but not limited to return shipping, customs charges, duties, and carrier processing or retrieval fees) will be deducted from the original order amount.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued only for the remaining balance after all associated fees have been deducted.

We are unable to refund more than the remaining balance of the order. If the total fees incurred are equal to or exceed the order value, no refund will be issued.

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • Store credit is available upon request.
  • Refunds include product price and applicable taxes only.
  • No refunds on gift card purchases.
  • Online gift cards can only be used online. In-store gift cards can only be used in-store.

✉ Didn’t receive a confirmation email?

  • You may have entered an incorrect email address at checkout.
  • The confirmation email may be in your spam or junk folder.
  • Your order may still be processing — please allow up to 24 hours.

If you still haven’t received it after 24 hours, please contact us and we’ll verify your order and resend the confirmation email.
