We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unused, and with original tags attached.
- Sale/clearance items are final sale — no refunds or exchanges.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the returned item(s).
- Returns/exchanges take 7–10 business days to process after we receive and inspect the item.
🚚 Shipping Responsibility for Returns
- Customers are responsible for shipping their item back to us.
- We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
- We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return meets the conditions below.
- Returns must be mailed back with a tracking number, OR you may return the item in-store.
💰 Will you receive a refund for shipping charges?
Shipping charges will be refunded only if:
- We shipped an incorrect item, or
- The item was flawed or defective, or
- The item was damaged during transit.
If the return does not meet these criteria, only the original item price will be refunded.
🔄 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
- Store credit is available upon request.
- Refunds include product price and applicable taxes only.
- No refunds on gift card purchases.
- Online gift cards can only be used online. In-store gift cards can only be used in-store.
✉ Didn’t receive a confirmation email?
Here are a few possible reasons:
- You may have entered an incorrect email address at checkout.
- The confirmation email may be in your spam or junk folder.
- Your order may still be processing — please allow up to 24 hours.
If you still haven’t received it after 24 hours, please contact us and we’ll verify your order and resend the confirmation email.
